We opened Bloom & Bowl in a Copenhagen side-street in 2019, with a very short list of rules: use real ingredients, roast our own beans, and never rush breakfast.
Everything on the counter is made by us that morning — the granola toasted at dawn, the sourdough sliced by hand, the almond butter still warm from the mill.
